I have visited this establishment as a new customer and as a repeat customer. Always treated the same as the previous reviewer, which is to say -- very poorly. If it were once, I'd say they were having a bad day, but it seems these people are having a bad life. Wake up, guys -- you're not the only game in town. If customer service means anything to you, shop elsewhere. If you like being treated as a pest, by all means, drop by and let them insult you and walk away muttering some snide remark.
Don't waste your time or money. Very poor service. They came on the wrong day. They charged $55 to come to my home to tell me what I told them on the phone. They only looked at the front of my TV. They told me they would take it to their shop for an estimate. Other than the power button, they never touched anything else on the TV. "Accurate" electronics is certainly a play on words.
