great experience!~ I had problems with my LG washing machine. The service tech was polite,fast, and fixed the problem. He went above by helping me understand what happened. As it turns out I was using too much soap and was actually leaving detergent on my clothes as well as in the machine
Very excited! I have been dealing with Accurate for years. The company went down hill lately but now there is new management. They were very helpful with my last TV repair. It's like the old company I new.
I was extremely disgusted with the customer service/ receptionist. She was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. She referred me to nikon to fix my camera- don't they want the business? I would rather buy and repair from a local business, but I will NEVER go back there and I will be telling everyone to not bother with them. They obviously do not want your business and do not care about customer service. I called later to talk with a manager and the receptionist wouldn't connect me and then hung up on me! Busted expensive digital camera and needed it either fixed or replaced fast. Accurate rose to the challenge and got it back to me fully repaired with a day to spare. They listened and were professional. Thanks.
If I could give negative I would. We have been goin back and forth with best buy and them. I called to speak with Diane who never returned my call by the way and a very rude lady answered the phone. Saying that we are doing something wrong to make this complicated then because I told her she was rude said goodbye then. Actually they don't deserve any stars, they are extremely rude esp. the receptionist. My sister had her big screen taken in because screen was cracked, the original cost was quoted was between $150-200. They called to let her know whoever unplugged everything ruined the tuner. Hint, my son did this and he is qualified in electronics and IT installation. Anyway it cost my sister another $200.00. The part was $30.00. I gave this business 1 star because there is no option for Zero stars. I have no in-store contact with them, and don't plan on in the future. My experience with them was over the phone. The lady that answered acted as if I was bugging her. And they call them self's an Electronic Repair store, yet won't service PC's? I would think that would be a good market to be in if you are a Electronics repair company. I am QUITE pleased with the service I received!!! I called on Thursday....they came out friday to see what the problem was with my TV (LAMP) and returned a few hours later and installed it. Very polite guy and GREAT service....Would recommend!!!
I tried to get estimate on Sony DVD home theater , only my DCD part was not working that time. I was using my home theater DVD player for 2 years, the only problem was DVD part did not work but TV, SAT, RADIO etc was working like champ on the player. Accurate people made the sound part also bad while checking for DVD and incude the sound repair changes on the estimate, which was working fine before I took to the shop.
