fixed both The microwave was fixed the next day and the TV was fixed shortly after and both have been working good. The new owners introduced themselves to me and were friendly.

great service and affordable I took my 65" toshiba flat screen to have it repaired. I was very happy with the service I got and the price was very reasonable. I was actually expecting to pay more. I would recommend!

great experience!~ I had problems with my LG washing machine. The service tech was polite,fast, and fixed the problem. He went above by helping me understand what happened. As it turns out I was using too much soap and was actually leaving detergent on my clothes as well as in the machine

Very excited! I have been dealing with Accurate for years. The company went down hill lately but now there is new management. They were very helpful with my last TV repair. It's like the old company I new.

I was extremely disgusted with the customer service/ receptionist. She was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. She referred me to nikon to fix my camera- don't they want the business? I would rather buy and repair from a local business, but I will NEVER go back there and I will be telling everyone to not bother with them. They obviously do not want your business and do not care about customer service. I called later to talk with a manager and the receptionist wouldn't connect me and then hung up on me! overpriced Over overpriced and not very friendly. When I wanted to take back the bad part that I had brought in with me, they said they needed to keep it to send back to the company.( I had purchased the new part there only because everyone else in town was out of it) To my mind, that means they are getting a rebate of some sort and it was not theirs to keep.

Busted expensive digital camera and needed it either fixed or replaced fast. Accurate rose to the challenge and got it back to me fully repaired with a day to spare. They listened and were professional. Thanks.

If I could give negative I would. We have been goin back and forth with best buy and them. I called to speak with Diane who never returned my call by the way and a very rude lady answered the phone. Saying that we are doing something wrong to make this complicated then because I told her she was rude said goodbye then. I do not put up with someone speaking to me in that manner and customer service should have been much better. Actually they don't deserve any stars, they are extremely rude esp. the receptionist. My sister had her big screen taken in because screen was cracked, the original cost was quoted was between $150-200. They called to let her know whoever unplugged everything ruined the tuner. Hint, my son did this and he is qualified in electronics and IT installation. Anyway it cost my sister another $200.00. The part was $30.00.
