Front desk was rude. Long waiting time. I had my appointment scheduled through text, messenger, and email 2 days before. They told me to come 30mins before the scheduled time of 1:30pm-2pm. Arrived by 12:30nn and was immediately asked to pay before the procedure. Never again, wasted hours of waiting. Scheduling your appointment is no use if you'll have to queue for your turn.
Stay away from this hospital. We had a very concerning experience with one of their internal medicine doctors. He gave my boyfriend a diagnosis of hepatitis and immediately prescribed antibiotics without properly confirming the condition. Because we felt unsure about the diagnosis, we decided to seek a second opinion. After additional tests, the results came back negative for hepatitis and showed that the issue was actually elevated uric acid. My boyfriend recovered without any complications. Staff are unfriendly especially the assistant of the doctor when I had my whole abdomen ultrasound. On top of that, on the day of your booked appointment you have to get your queue and wait again to be called to pay and be checked. Just unpleasant experience.
After reading all the negative reviews I decided not to come here. Thanks to all who shared their horrible experienced at this center.
Sobra tagal ng waiting time min one hour pag may sakit ka na lalo pa sasama pakiramdam mo. Imagine apat kunwari counter pero isa lang gumagana. Iisa lang ang pila para sa PWD HMO at regular px kawawa ka kung regular px dahil di naman nasusunod ang numbering. Napakadami mas mabilis na option sa diagnostic kesa dito.
