Great experience with Accord, Elsie was really friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, when going into the property it hadn’t been cleaned and lights and the fridge was broken. However, Elsie and Eloise did work quickly to arrange cleaning and get confirmation from the landlord about the lights and fridge.
All the staff in the office were extremely friendly and helpful and managed to get us settled into our new property as efficiently as possible. Eloise was wonderfully professional and helped out every step of the way. Highly recommend.
