Great experience with Accord Lets. Emma was a fantastic agent to deal with. She was incredibly patient and transparent throughout the process and followed up with me exactly when she said she would. Genuinely a good experience with an estate agent which can be few and far between!
My experience with Nadine (Office Coordinator) was exceptional. The situation she was managing itself wasn't ideal, but she did everything in her power to streamline the process. She explained everything to me in a clear way & always made an effort to ensure I understood things that I previously had not. There was/is only so much she could do & she went above & beyond that.
