I was walking along a pavement near a shopping area when I tripped on a loose paving slab which moved unexpectedly under my foot. I fell on forward and hurted my ankle and wrist. No warning signs or barriers were in and around the damaged area. The accident made me a bit less mobile for a time. It was then correctly recorded and helped at the time of the claim.

I was cycling along a designated lane on a main road when a bus travelling in the same direction pulled sharply to the left to reach a stop without signalling or checking its nearside mirror. The property I rented had a shared flat roof above the extension that had been leaking since before my tenancy began, as the previous tenant confirmed when I contacted them after discovering the issue.
