Following a minor accident, where my front bumper was damaged. My Insurance Company, Allianz, arranged for my repairs to be done with Accident Express, they sent a gentleman with a truck to pick it up from my home & took it away. When the repair was complete it was delivered back to me. My Honda Jazz looked brilliant, as good as new, with a new bumper. Also it had been cleaned inside & out which was an extra lovely surprise. I was in an accident and my insurers asked me to get the car assessed at Accident Express. Contact started with a phone call from Katie who was so calm, reassuring and understanding at a very stressful time. We agreed a time for me to bring the car in to be assessed and again I was treated really well. The team sorted my car far quicker than expected and I can’t say enough good things about how them. I had an accident in March which resulted in rear end damage. The AA had employed Accident Express as the repairers who picked my car up the following day. Katie was in regular contact whilst the repairs took place. The majority of which were completed quickly except for replacing the airbag controller unit. Due to supply issues this took until August. I now have my car back after 5 months. Accident Express have done a great job. The car looks great.
The worst EXPERIENCE i have ever had. one of the parts they fitted fell off while traveling down the moterway and head light need be realigned
