My mother had finally been persuaded to have a stairlift so I knew I'd need to get plenty of info to keep on side. Amber in the office really couldn't have been more helpful, and she certainly knows her stuff. Any question asked either by phone or over email was answered knowledgeably and comprehensively - a very impressive and no doubt invaluable staff member! My mum got a stairlift fitted today off access solutions this company is so easy to deal with from start to finishThe engineer who come out to fill it call Steve did a grand job he even took the old one out for my mum which you don’t get many companies doing this he left the place nice and tidy my mum is over the moon with the job would highly recommend this company hundred times better than the previous one who fitted the old stairlift Thank you

Stair Lift Very good firm to deal with. Very pleasant first encounter by phone, no pressure. Engineer was very professional and pleasant, again no pressure. After agreeing to go ahead, instillation was swift and clean. I would recommend this firm.
