Superb service for a stairlift removal Rang at 9 o clock, said would be there the same day. Got a call at 10 and they had the lift removed by 10.45 Excellent value as well. Very tidy and professional

Fantastic professional & friendly company to deal with. From my first interaction with the office to talking through options with Steven the experience has been 5 star. Steven quickly assessed the property and recommended the perfect solution for my parents. Steven reassured my mam & dad giving them full confidence in all aspects of the installation & rental process. My mother had finally been persuaded to have a stairlift so I knew I'd need to get plenty of info to keep on side. Amber in the office really couldn't have been more helpful, and she certainly knows her stuff. Any question asked either by phone or over email was answered knowledgeably and comprehensively - a very impressive and no doubt invaluable staff member!
