We recently used the self storage facility in Norbiton and were really disappointed. The lift on our side of the building was out of service, which meant we had to carry all of our stuff across the entire building just to get to a working lift – and even then, customers aren’t allowed to use the lift, so we had to take the stairs every single time from Level 1 down to the ground floor.
