This company I have found to be so so helpful. Very courteous on the phone form Kayleigh, and 1st class technical support and patience from her colleague when they were not obligated to help me at all. Many thanks again Second time around using this company. This time to purchase a replacement part to repair an ageing intercom system. Again they were excellent,and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I recently purchased an Alba video entry system, from Access Security Solutions. I have no experience of fitting entry systems, so it was a great relief to have the support of Jim, Charlie and Ruth, to help me with all the technical questions and ensure that the specification of the product met my needs. In addition, they pre-programmed the kit to make installation more straight forward. All round great customer service. A big thanks to all of you.
