The two hour wait was to be expected! The rush thru triaging was normal considering the girl might have been the only one triaging and was SWAMPED! But the practitioner seeing me for 2 minutes....completely ridiculous! There was enough time for her to walk and start rattling off my symptoms while listening to my heart and lungs! How is someone supposed to hear the obvious rattle and wheeze I have when they are talking? Then a quick Covid test and she will call in more of the nebulizer solution. RecommendedAug 7,2020 I had a mitral valve replacement surgery.Open heart my doctor Dr.Phillips did an amazing job. The staff (all of them) were above amazing, kind caring. The surgery was on friday and I was able to come home thursday. On the day of the surgery I was so terrified but the pre-OP staff did everything possible to reassure me . And although I remember very little about the people in ICU except that they had the kindest eyes and calming voices. OHI is amazing i am so glad my husband and I chose them. Thank you OHI
