RecommendedWent there for EKG and Covid test today. Treated like a valued outpatient with consideration and professionalism.
They do not take anyone that comes through this door seriously. We are pawns in their circus. They leave us in hours sick and in pain. Then we they know what the problem is, your left in a ED until they decide to let you have the procedure. At least properly medicate and we may find sone comfort in knowing we won’t die

My husband, my baby, and myself tested on Thursday and was told it would take a few days to get results. which we understood. But a few days have passed and we have called many many times during those days to which there is always no answer. And yes, we also have left many voicemails to which no one has answered to. Even if u are busy, you cannot be so busy as to not have someone answer the phones or have someone calling patients back for their results or to let them know what the progress is. They do nothing but soak money from the elderly patients. Multiple long distant trips for multiple tests over and over when the first ones were fine. Completely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
