RecommendedSo I had a hysterectomy today and let me tell ya I sure love the staff here at TSSH. I’m a former employee and will only have my surgeries here and my children. Special shout out to Misty, Kori, Chelsey, Nancy, Jaime and of course Kristi for my anesthesia. My nurse on the floor, Becky, Ashley, and Claudia were so nice! ❤️ sorry if I forgot some people. Everyone is so helpful even when I’m in a lot of pain.
RecommendedThey are the best, professional yet kind and caring, true team-work in all they do (both doctors and nurses), ,,, there is an overall atmosphere of “our patients are our first priority” throughout the entire facility. (And yes, as one having over 30-plus surgical procedures in the last 16 years, at different renown regional medical centers in both Idaho and Utah, I do speak from experience). I highly recommend Portneuf Medical Center and their teams.

Absolutely horrible ER experience from hell!!! Not one hospital staff member even offered to put a band-aid on my son's head injury but your nurse had the audacity to falsely accuse my husband of child abuse. It was an obvious racial profile. I feel very violated and disrespected. I will be reporting this treatment and taking legal action.

My husband hurt his back, was in excruciating pain and was unable to walk. We found out later that he had a herniated disk and needed emergency surgery. Our doctor gave us a referral to get an MRI at Portneuf. He had also tested positive for Covid, but it had been at least ten days and he no longer had any symptoms. ( I’m allowed to go to work after 10 days) When we arrived at the hospital, the girl sitting at the door asked us if we had been exposed to Covid and we told her “yes”. Father should be there with the mothers even if he has the virus the mothers is going to as well when it come to having a kid the father is just as responsible for that baby as the mother we are there for emotional support for there spouse that is it not a mother or brother or a BFF of it you want that’s fine but this is not right for the fathers can’t my wife’s blood pressure is high because she is mad and upset I am not there and that is your fault she is high risk and you are giving her more stress with all of this going ... read more
