I used Footner & Ewing to help me with the very difficult task of selling my Nan's house. Wendy Hewstone was so wonderfully supportive throughout and kept me updated at each stage of the process. The whole conveyancing team at the Shirley branch are brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a property sale or purchase.

They have completed the conveyancing for me on many transactions in recent years including Limited Company re-mortgages and property sales. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dream Team in Shirley and hope to use their services again very soon :-)
They're not responding to emails. You have to book an appointment to find out if they can assist you, instead of them emailing you to say whether they can or cannot help . Why do you need an appointment just to find out a simple thing like whether Miss Emma can assist or not ... Not recommend
