Dire company!! Many unqualified and inexperienced engineer's masquerading as Engineers? Incompetent fault finding that usually ends up with the wrong parts being ordered, or more parts ordered due to their inconclusive diagnosis? An engineer came to change a pump and was unable to locate the isolation point and decided to cut a “live cable” obviously this didnt go well with indoor and outdoor boards being blown!!! and leaving UCHLA without cooling in comms room!!!
Massive thank you to one of your team who stopped to help me with a flat tyre on a remote back road in Wokingham around 19:30 this evening. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a young guy in one of your Mercedes company vans, wearing your uniform and went completely out of his way to make sure I was okay even changed the wheel for me! Such a kind gesture, especially at that time of day. He was a real credit to your company and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!
It seems this company hasn't learnt from previous driver errors as they are still making them. GJ72 VXT Absolutely horrendous behaviour from this driver, Cut me off then gave me a hand signal. Do better.
We have been using Accent for 10 years. The guys always now their stuff and the reporting is spot on. We require all the correct documentation to be compliant and Accent know the routine very well. Thinking about it, i need to call them now to carry out a degass and regass of a system.
