We currently have two properties listed with accent and we have been very happy with our experience thus far. I feel like they have been very responsive when I have called about issues and have been very helpful with explaining different questions I have had. since I am new to the process. My husband and I were very skeptical about the rental process but feel much more confident and comfortable since we have been working with accent that we are currently looking for another property to list with them.

Have not had a working air conditioner since I moved in to their rental houses in July. Also the house I rented was filthy dirty. Spent weeks cleaning it up. I wrote Paul Wheeler, Personally and Confidentially, got nothing in return. Now I have to take off two days of my vacation to be home so they can install a heat and air unit before I have to go without heat for the winter. DO NOT USE ACCENT FOR LEASE. the Oklahooma landlord/tenant act does not apply to them obviously. When asking for 6 days time from the term of our lease ending, we were NOT communicated with and our personal and non-replacable items were treated as trash, hauled off to the scrap yard or pilfered through. Upon the end of the lease after sending writeen documentation as to our intentions of needing from 2/28/2015 through 3/6/2015 to remove the final items and perform cleanup, they removed and trashed items such as hung clothes ... read more
