This specific property has had man leaks that have not been fixed, just covered up and was infested with spiders when we first moved in. Early January 2020 we put in a work order to have a leak found and repaired. I am glad the Owner's plumber was able to resolve as he has better working knowledge of the building's plumbing then ours did. Recommendedwe have lived at the same property for around 9 yrs now Accent is now our 3rd property Management they get work orders fixed within a reasonable time frame they are easy to speak with and we have had very minimal problems would overall recommend accent for property management /tenet needs in the future
