Amazing group of people who know you by name! I always recieve responsive and courteous responses! I have not regretted my decision to lease through them once in the past year!
Our family has been in an Accent property since September and we have had no issues. I like the easy online payment system and maintenance portal. They have been prompt and helpful with all of our requests.

Helped move my brother and sister in law into their rental which was not cleaned well so it delayed us half a day to clean before moving in belongings, then had to let them use my shower on several occasions because there was a constant issue with the plumbing in their rental which was never properly repaired just doctored enough to work for small time frames before it backed up again, watched them wait ridiculous periods of time for several other repairs including their stove and roof. Corrupt business that is over charging close friends of mine. Deposit wasn’t returned ok, but then sent to collections for other charges like weed eating, and mowing??? Really? And then updating the house. You don’t use good renters money for your own updates. That’s a poor company.
