We Pay service charge each month for keeping area tidy we all look after our own properties on the street. No work has ever been done on our estate by Accent higher help ..The Council cut the verge grass near rd and rd sweep . Yet they have a rough piece of open land the other end of the estate .. 10 min walk from my home they keep tidy once in a blue moon ..a bit that is even visible on our street ..but we have to pay for it to be maintained WHY ????? . Surprise surprise no call back as promised. I asked for my housing officer to ring also asap no call from her either. 0 stars from me and now looking to be moved back to progress housing. I have severe mental health issues and this company is not helping with there shoddy attitude to tenants. I have a bedroom door that won't close, a flood at the side of my property a gate that won't lock that leads onto a public right if way I do not feel safe.
