The admin and bureaucracy is a nightmare. The website is useless, support terrible and it’s draining so much energy to find things and and book an exam. It’s so frustrating that I want to quit again before I even really started.
These guys do exactly what they are there to do. Amazing organisation.
A friend of mine worked with them, they were unprofessional, abusive, didn't pay the staturory sick pay and threatened her everyday with mails. Since I judge a Company Also on the way they treat their employees, I'd stay away.
