I have been living here since August of 2014 & I had smooth move in. Even with minor/cosmetic issues in my apartment....for the price.... it's definitely worth the move. It's pretty quiet and I have nice neighbors. Plus I can walk dog.

As a new resident i can say by far, that the complex is really homey i love my room plenty of space the floors are nice neighborhood is quiet. i recommend anybody new to Tallahassee to check them out....
I LOVE 1303!!! Everything about the complex is amazing! Between the staff, the maintenance tentativeness, the amenities, and all the beautiful people that live here I'm in heaven on Earth. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. My apartment is great and my neighbors are quiet! If you are looking for a great place to live for the next year, go to the leasing office at 1303 Ocala to sign a lease for Fall Semester.

I love the staff and the management at this complex. They always listen to my needs. The maintenance team is also very friendly. Overall its affordable and it is a quiet place to stay.
