I could go into so much detail as to why no one should move into this complex. But for starters, they only have one water shut off system, so anytime something goes wrong they shut off the water to the entire complex (which happens frequently) and the water stays off for at least a full day. been waiting months on a gift card for signing lease early. has a funny smell in most apartments. maintenance requests gets misplaced and deleted. office staff is friendly but not fully helpful as they don't seem to be trained efficiently.
THIS APARTMENT IS TRASH. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AND WILL TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE FOR EXTRA FEES. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO DO ANY SORT OF WORK ORDERS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT LOUD NEIGHBORS. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNRESPONSIVE. I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE I CAN NOT TO MOVE HERE. I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS--SAVE PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY.
They clearly don’t care about their residents. For move in we were greeted with spider webs, a hole in the wall, food left in a fridge with no power, a dirty kennel, dirty dishes in the sink with bugs and so much more if I could post the video I would. How do you give someone the keys if you’ve never walked through to inspect it. PATHETIC.
If you or someone you know is considering renting at The Hub, know that they will make up insane charges after you leave. And when you try to talk to them about it, they’ll act agreeable and promise to do things, and immediately turn around and send their bill to collections. They’ll charge for things that were their fault, like water damage because they took your sand bags away right before a tropical storm, and your apartment flooded.
Stay away from this cesspool. Office and management are unprofessional. G.E.D characteristics. Overcharge you on move out fees when you follow the packet they give you and won’t give you receipts on products they charge you for. You can do way better I promise you . Maintenance orders take at least a month to handle and these guys act like it’s a inconvenience to do their job .
