When apartment shopping I was showed a beautiful model (which is being used a leasing office since the real leasing office isn't even done yet.) I was told my apartment would be almost identical just smaller. Instead I got a run down apartment that had no real renovations besides appliances and a fresh coat of paint over everything. The first 6 months were HELL I'm not gonna lie, from the heat going out in the middle of Dec, to the electricity breaker breaking and knocking out power in my room and the kitchen, to the hot water heater breaking I mean it was just AWFUL but ever since the new management has been here it's been pretty ok. I haven't had a roach infestation problem just big ass palmetto bugs on my balcony at night. Oh and the fruit flies suck no matter how clean you are. Don't rent from this place! They showed my daughter and her roommate this beautiful apartment then stuck them in a dump when everything is signed. Work orders are inorged, money is owed to her and now the second flooding has happened that has ruined her electronics and clothing. Now mold spores are growing in the apartments with roaches and spiders and still, nothing has been done to fix the problem. We are taking legal action because of the delays. No one should live in this with the amount of money being charged!

WORST COMPLEX EVER!!!! ROACHES, FROGS, LEECHES, MAGGETS, ETC. ARE YOUR NEW ROOMMATES! I GOT ACID ON MY CHEST JUST BY LIVING HERE. I RATHER BE HOMELESS THAN TO LIVE HERE. YES ITS JUST THAT BAD!!! NEGATIVE STARS!

I've been living here for a year and seven months and although it was good when I first got here, the improvement has been amazing. Maintenance is on point and the new staff is nothing short of professional and friendly. I love living here I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment to live in. The apartments are big, clean, and quiet. The area is very handy near FSU with constant public transportation. Great place!
