In October 2024 I moved into a pretty rented 1 bed flat in Chelsea SW3 managed by this company. A failure to act with duty of care and ensure the heating was functioning before executing the tenancy agreement resulted in chaos & considerable distress. Thank you Rachel at Acara for arranging the recent repainting of the communal area in our building. The work carried out was outstanding — completed to a very high standard, and the area looks renewed and refreshed! A special mention and thanks goes to Andreas who completed the job. He was helpful, professional and worked efficiently, and caused no disruption to any of the people who live here. It was all done with no fuss. We are delighted. Thank you.
Today Mick came and replaced the seal within my washing machine. I was given a time for him to arrive and he did just that. The washing machine has been fixed and tested. Thanks again Mick!

Acara have recently taken over the management of the development we live in and so far have been a breath of fresh air. We particularly like the fact they have an in-house team to support with minor repairs. The communication from Curtis, Sanaa and Paul have been excellent and efficient. Repairs have been carried out by Andreas in a timely manner to a very high quality finish, leaving no mess behind and a lot of attention to detail was paid.
