Acara have recently taken over the management of the development we live in and so far have been a breath of fresh air. We particularly like the fact they have an in-house team to support with minor repairs. The communication from Curtis, Sanaa and Paul have been excellent and efficient. Repairs have been carried out by Andreas in a timely manner to a very high quality finish, leaving no mess behind and a lot of attention to detail was paid.
I recently had an issue with a leak and problems with my hot water/boiler. The service I received was excellent — everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care. I was really impressed with the communication and how smoothly the whole process went. A special thank you to Nicole for the outstanding assistance throughout. I highly recommend their services!
I can't recommend Rachel and the Acara team enough for any RTM groups looking for management agency that can provide that extra support to navigate building management. I was having issues with my floor heating. To make things worse, the temperature suddenly plummeted to 0-3°C a few weeks ago therefore I was freezing at home! Nicole promptly contacted multiple contractors and managed to get Bogdan to come down as soon as possible. The heating’s all fixed now. Thank you for your professional, caring and friendly service!!
