Great staff all round
My partner is registered with medical centre she has been ill for quite some time and gets no respect from the practise took I'll at whitehills hospital and even the nurses there tryd get a doctor to see her told aragant receptionist it was very important to be told no doctor available not to come down went down anyway got very rude woman receptionist who said doctor would phone her instead off seeing her even though at centre even after getting a doctor she never tryd helping her fobbed off with tablets wouldn't recomend an... read more
I wouldnt even give it the benifit of a star. I have been unwell for 5 years. They ignnored the fact i needed to keep an eye on my kidneys and i ended up in emergancy dept with puss coming out of kidney when i pee. So now my kidneys are buggered. They kept on saying everything is fine but the pain told me different. They said it was appendix or another said problems after having a c section. I have now started the process of moving to another practice after over 20 years of being here. The Drs are happy to throw medication at you but not investigate the route cause of the issue, In my circumstance I am severely iron deficient now , The GP done a Qfit test which came back clear however my symptoms are getting worse, The Drs i have spoken to have told me the wrong information even though cancer reasearch UK says a clear Qfit test doesnt mean there is not problems , The Dr has told me it eliminates there being anyt... read more
