My family are all registered at the surgery. And everyone of us give all the staff here a ratting of 110 %. Receptionists are always polite and go out of there way to help. Doctors are Brilliant nothing is to much trouble and their help and advice is excellent. As are the nurses and backroom staff.
Lovely service and hospitality
I have recently joined the surgery and I have found that the service provided has been first class. I have had to make a couple of appointments recently and this has been the easiest GP surgery to get an appointment I have ever used. (Same day appointments given each time) The reception staff are super and helped me register my two children who have also had annual check ups and these were carried out professionally yet friendly. Recently moved to new house well 9 months ago, and I still have not met a doctor. I have a rare disease that attacks brain and spine, I have suppressed immune system due to this I have been ill since my last treatment day with infection, I've called for help and to get an appointment but i was just thrown medication with no physical and I can't get a doctor to see me, I was bleeding a lot from bum black tarry stools stomach in agony unprocessed food and signs of internal bleeding the doctor on the phone said it was just a tu... read more
