Very unprofessional and I all most move into their property. they tried to claim rent before I moved in off the social.they was telling me to tell them I moved in and it would of put me in debt with them. Ther propertys are run down and very dirty. they seem to pray on vulnerable people. The way the guy in office spoke to be me after I questioned him was a little angry too

rude, worst service ever in portsmouth
Very poor experience with this company. I was shown a flat by their tenants and showed strong interest… Fari then spent weeks ignoring me and avoiding my calls promising he will get back to me “once he’s thought about it.” Every phone interaction was in a rude dismissive tone, I hope you think twice before dealing with ac southern properties. This level of rudeness and blatant ignoring of potential clients is unacceptable, especially when dealing with those looking for a home.
