John and his apprentice Dillon installed a water heater and went above and beyond in their work. They were very informative and every question I had was answered. Their work was far superior than previous installer. I will definitely be using again. The company also installed our Trane air conditioner and it has run perfectly since installation. I am also part of their yearly maintenance program and I have to say well worth it.

All my expectations were exceeded by Andrew at AC by J. He double checked my requirements, had a two way discussion with me about my questions, then offered a solution I was satisfied with today and for years down the road. He then installed the water heater after reconfiguring my maze of existing pipes into a simple efficient flow. When the job was done everything was cleaned and put in place. Had our first annual plumbing inspection today. Freddy was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful with all kinds of information. A delightful young man and I will ask for him next time.

We needed a new water softener system. Another company quoted us over $1,000 more than AC by J. Then we found out that AC by J also uses a locally made system and it has a long warranty. They were quick on time and McKinley did great work. He went over everything with us before he left. We are very happy.

The scheduling staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the entire process. The technicians that came to work on our heating were very professional and knowledgeable. The Field supervisor that came out to set up the AC replacement was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone wore a mask and socially distanced themselves. I would definitely recommend using AC by J for any HVAC needs.

I had to replace my entire HVAC system last year. AC by J did a good job with the install and have been very professional and friendly in every interaction. The technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly. They have a thorough process and follow up to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction.
