Great company to work with. Even when there are hiccups you run into in fixing a unit which is out of their control, they do all they can to assist you as fast as possible. Derick, juan and Jacob are techs whom are all extremely professional and great to work with.

Hello AC by J came out after dark and got my AC blowing cold air again. It was 117 degrees that day at it's highest point. My 24 year old unit was struggling to say the least. Chadney T******* knew what to do and fixed it for an after dark service call of $109.00. I was freaking out thinking I would be spending the next week in a motel room but now it's working great! I will most likely be using them for a new unit soon. Great Job by AC by J! Thank you, Gary

Mike and Tim were great. Tim suggested we talk to Mike before we spent more money on our aging AC. Mike was thorough and went over our options for a new unit. We have used AC by J many times and always feel like the team is well informed, happy, and accomodating. We went with a new unit and will always keep our business with these folks.

Air stopped producing cold air on Sunday night and it was miserable in here. Carlos showed up first thing Monday morning and fixed the issue. He was polite and professional. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone was as well. I had never heard of the company but really glad I took a chance on them!
