Highly recommend AC By J. Used them for both plumbing and air conditioning issues. Knowledgeable, efficient, responsive staff. Solved problems quickly and in the most cost effective way. Wouldn’t use another company. Especially liked John Bondi. John is outstanding. Super nice guy too! Wears masks and coverings over shoes.

Joshua W****** was professional and courteous in installing a new 1-year filter and doing routine maintenance. The company should provide him with a better-designed mask, because it kept slipping below his nose, and he kept having to move it up, to cover his nose (which detracts from his work and adds to the risk of covid-19 transmission, unfortunately).

Appreciated being kept informed about when the technician, Todd C****** was going to be at our home, and receiving a text message with his photo. Todd was very pleasant and professional. He gave us good insight about the life-cycle of our water heater and provided a quote promptly.

Todd consistently arrives on time and has all the parts necessary to do the repair. He always wears a mask and shoe covers and leaves our house completely clean.
