Appointment process friendly. Communication about service very good. Some small confusion initially about billing easily solved. Tech James arrive on time. Very informative with excellent communication skills. Service report somewhat technical; consider abbreviation and in lay terms. Very pleased with the entire service which is why we are longstanding clients. J&J 5Stars

Awful experiences. They've been out 3 times this week to try to figure out why the NEW A/C unit they installed had been tripping a breaker, still no answer & no A/C in this heat. Now, they're Lead Technician has come and shorted out the main breaker to the house. No A/C & No power to the house. Been waiting all day and night for an answer/repair, but nothing.

We had a pleasant experience with plumbing Tech Todd. He wrote down everything that needs to be addressed along with prices. Now we can tell the shoddy work previous owner's did, and we will budget and have AC by J return to do the proper repairs.

Jacob H is very enthusiastic and passionate about his job and making sure that all my questions were addressed. He found a part that was soon to fail and replaced it. I'm all set for the summer season.

I have been using AC by J for my HVAC needs for many years and the service has always been exemplary. This was the first time I have used their plumbing services and I was equally impressed. The plumber, Andrew, was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The necessary services were performed quickly and competently and without pressure. I recommend them without reservation and will ask for Andrew in the future.
