I highly recommend AC by J. My AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. They found a way to squeeze me into their schedule on a Saturday! Pretty amazing! Their tech, Kazir, was excellent! He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I experience any future problems, I will absolutely be requesting Kazir. My AC is up and running and I am very thankful for AC by J.

They are very fast and excellent to respond when the ** is not working. They worked quickly and pinpointed the problem right away. They made the repair and were respectful. They were able to explain the problem and honored all discounts when it came time to pay.

Just had a quick service call to determine what was happening with our 2nd A/C unit. (It was no longer blowing cool air and the line going into the house was iced over.) ************ Diagnosed a refrigerant leak and explained what was happening with the system. **** said that they could recharge the system up to proper pressure, but that won't fix the leak and will likely need another charge down the road at some point.
