I have used AC by J for my heating and cooling for years. My AC unit stopped cooling and early the next morning a tech was out to assess the situation. ***** was super helpful and explained what was happening with my system. He was very knowledgeable and provided a couple of options for service the system. He had the unit working and cooling again in no time. Very grateful for the quick repair!

Water leaking in my front yard greeted me one morning. Could be sprinklers or main line issue. Called AC by J and a tech arrived the same afternoon. Problem diagnosed and work started the next day. Several solutions considered and best choice decided between us. Kept me apprised of progress every step of the way with very little time without water. Very professional and personable and I recommend highly.

I highly recommend AC by J. My AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. They found a way to squeeze me into their schedule on a Saturday! Pretty amazing! Their tech, Kazir, was excellent! He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I experience any future problems, I will absolutely be requesting Kazir. My AC is up and running and I am very thankful for AC by J.

They are very fast and excellent to respond when the ** is not working. They worked quickly and pinpointed the problem right away. They made the repair and were respectful. They were able to explain the problem and honored all discounts when it came time to pay.

I've been with AC By J for 28 years. I 've seen them grow from a very small shop to a major business in The Valley. I can tell you that the integrity of these people is everything. All else is immaterial. If you know they will do what they say they will do, that is everything!

Just had a quick service call to determine what was happening with our 2nd A/C unit. (It was no longer blowing cool air and the line going into the house was iced over.) ************ Diagnosed a refrigerant leak and explained what was happening with the system. **** said that they could recharge the system up to proper pressure, but that won't fix the leak and will likely need another charge down the road at some point. My first time using AC by J. I just needed a check up on my unit. **** was on time, nice, clean and extremely knowledgeable about my AC unit and how to trouble shoot it and offer solutions. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
