We were very pleased with the service provided by Shade employed by AC by J. He explained how the old water heater was beyond repair and suggested a new unit. During the installation he answered our questions and was very interested in us being satisfied with his work. Shade represents what customer service should be. We will continue using AC by J if needed and would be happy to recommend them. March 14, 2022

On March 12th 2022 **************. A plumber came out and drained my hot water tank and unclogged a drain He was very professional courteous knowledgeable I would recommend him and the company to everyone
******* came out today March 11 2022 and a bi yearly tune up on both my ac units .He was great and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the units i would recommend him and ac by j to everyone
Service was well done and we are satisfied with the results. The tech advised me exactly what was done, was through in his work. We need this equipment to function on demand and we use it a lot.

AC by J came to my rescue! I have used a competitor plumbing company for years, that I called regarding a plumbing question related to a failed new dishwasher install, but was told that they do not deal with anything dishwasher related. I called AC by J, and was told that they too do not install appliances, but their plumber techs would be able to diagnose my new dishwasher plumbing install question and, in addition, AC by J fit me into their schedule the same day!
