Great service. Caught a recalled surge protector and replaced. We have used them for years and always satisfied.
I had service done to two units on October 22, 2021. The Technician , *****, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He provided me with a detailed report on both units. He wanted to do a second visit to confirm his evaluation of the older unit. I appreciate his efforts to provide good data to make decisions on.
****** arrived on time, was courteous, showed knowledge in assessing the problem and discussed with me the needed action to fix the leak problem. He issued a quote, which seemed very reasonable to us, and we scheduled his next appointment. A real pro.
