As a Realtor in *******, I use/have used a ton of vendors as you can imagine in this business and I can say with certainty, AC by J's plumbing/HVAC techs are knowledgeable, efficient and provide excellent service right down to the employees who answer phones/schedule appointments. We were very pleased with the service provided by Shade employed by AC by J. He explained how the old water heater was beyond repair and suggested a new unit. During the installation he answered our questions and was very interested in us being satisfied with his work. Shade represents what customer service should be.
