I was able to book them the next day after calling over 11 different companies and one that was recommended to me couldnt get to me for 3 more days and they referred me to AC by J.My homes Nests were installed by another AC company this past fall and only the heat would work, wasnt wired correctly for AC, my upstairs reached 110 degrees and my downstairs 108 degrees, had new thermostats installed by ***** H, Im happy that it is actually starting to cool down now.

I have an old ac unit. This is the first company that gave several options instead of immediately trying to sell me another unit. ****** seemed ******* and was very helpful. No high pressure sale. Phew! Finally found an ac repair company that I am comfortable with. Thank you ******!

I had been with AC by J for a number of years. For just $14.99 per month they would come twice per year to inspect and clean my heat pump unit. On November 9, 2021, their technician, *********************, came to check my unit. Upon arrival, he proceeded to tell me various items that had previously been done to the unit, all of which were wrong.
