I visited the Abu Bakr store in Leeds Queens Road today and was surprised by the staff at the till number 3. He asked to see one of my packets and questioned me about its contents. If there were genuine concerns, a better approach would be to have customers leave their bags at the entrance or secure them in some way, rather than singling people out at the till. "I had a really disappointing experience at your store today, especially considering I traveled all the way from London. First, I noticed a special offer in the butcher section, but when I inquired about it, the staff member quickly removed the sign and denied it had ever been there. This felt dishonest and frustrating after making such a long trip.
