I visited the Abu Bakr store in Leeds Queens Road today and was surprised by the staff at the till number 3. He asked to see one of my packets and questioned me about its contents. If there were genuine concerns, a better approach would be to have customers leave their bags at the entrance or secure them in some way, rather than singling people out at the till. "I had a really disappointing experience at your store today, especially considering I traveled all the way from London. Need to improve customer service lady in the food section should give attention to the customers while we are calling her she asking us to wait here she is laughing and talking with the co worker this is so disappointing we frequently visit the abubakar store but this is very disappointing
