This is a second review for this company. I don’t seem to be able to get their attention so maybe they’ll notice reviews. I have had water bottles ready for pick up on 7/7, rescheduled without notice for 7/9 and then rescheduled again without notice for 7/13. I called and spoke with someone to cancel my service and was told they would pick up all bottles and the dispenser on 7/12. It is now 7/14 and I have 23 bottles and a dispenser outside since 7/12. This is the worst company! The schedule is always changing and when I would ask them about it, they would send me a new calendar and make it mg fault. I got very upset with the fact that the schedule kept changing and requested them to pick up bottles, I was given a date and when I got home the bottles were still sitting outside and when I reached out to someone they told me that my pick up date had been rescheduled. We’ve had the water system for about 3 years now (signed up through the Costco program). The company always returned my phones calls and emails in a timely fashion. The only reason I did not give a 5/5 star was because I asked multiple times for a calendar each year (I received one the very first time and I loved it) and never would get one. They sent me to the website once and I printed one out and then the second time I could not find one. It was a bit frustrating but nothing we couldn’t handle. Worst service based experience of my life. Deliveries were rescheduled without any notification to me and I ultimately received 2 out of 5 deliveries. They were supposed to send me a schedule of delivery dates, twice, but it never happened. And while their customer service reps seem to correct things over the phone, those corrections were never implemented, nor do they have the knowledge, information, or desire to find out any information that would help you. After cancelling my service due to poor service (See my review from 9-7-2020) I I am still waiting for the return of my bottle deposit since mid September when the customer service manager told me they would send a check. Subsequent calls have yet to be successful. They tell me they will check into it and call me back. No check, no response.

Please take seriously the bad reviews regarding their terrible customer service and the rudeness of the staff (also on Yelp). This business is not rocket science, but they can't get it right. Twice, with no warning, I've not received my order on a holiday weekend when I was having a party. About every 3rd delivery, something is wrong. I was a customer for three years and in the last 1 1/2 years they've gone to pot. New management? As another reviewer said, you get tired of calling them. We signed up for Absopure nearly two years ago, through Costco. We have no complaints about the price or water quality. Both are good. But, as others have mentioned, the service is terrible. Not only are the customer service reps somewhat aloof, but also, pickups and deliveries are routinely botched. For example, my May pickup came a day *late*, with no notice, and my July delivery came a day *early*, again with no notice. So, now I'm stuck a bunch of empty bottles, and didn't receive enough bottles to replace the old ones. ... read more

They do not keep delivery schedule all the time in addition to delivering wrong items. Service manager assured re-re-scheduled date, however, my order has not been delivered yet. I wish I could give this company 0 stars.

Upon review of Emilko Shinki's account, it is clear that we had some delivery issues. We are very sorry for this experience, it is not the Absopure way. We are going to issue a credit for the 5-gallon bottles that were ultimately delivered on 1/21/20. Again, we are very sorry for this experience.

Been with Absopure for over 5 years for home and business. Never had an issue with them. They deliver on time, every time and their service is as excellent as well as their water. Keep up the awesome work!
