They miss stated delivery dates by a week or more. They never call either to let us know they will be late. I have to call them every month to see when our delivery will be as the delivery calendar they provide is useless. They promise delivery on a certain date, and then when that date passes, I call again to see when they might be able to finally make a delivery. Sometimes I call three or four times and hold for 10 or more minutes each time before I can get to speak to someone. Very bad customer ********************** and ... read more

Service, delivery, and account management are terrible. Water delivery was not on any sort of schedule. I never knew when it was supposed to arrive, so placing empties on the porch wasn't possible and we went without water for weeks at a time. I cancelled my account in January and never received the credit I was due. More water was delivered in February, so another call to the company only to still not have my credit issued. I can see the other 1 star reviews and feel like my review of this company is right on. I started with the company only a month ago. I ordered the 3 gallon bottles for delivery to my home. I was also told this pump would work. When I got the water and pump, I tried the pump on and it didnt even work on the bottle, like there was no way this would work. Horrible service! The auto delivery "schedule" does not exist though the billing is very timely. On months when water does not arrive we must call and eventually it shows up. Since we never know when they are coming, sometimes we have piles of empty bottles. In the past month they have delivered 22 bottles of water when our usual order is 7. When I called to complain that I have no space for that many bottles, I was told if I dumped the water they would come pick up the empties but I would not get any credit for the water! We've had this service for several years, and it's never been perfect, but it's gotten really bad over the last two years. I've had to call to remind them to deliver bottles several times, but three times in the last three months, I've had to call them to ask for more water to be delivered. Their schedule seems to be a fictional product. When I do request delivery (that is supposed to happen automatically), it often takes a week to actually receive new water bottles. They have terrible service they tell you when your delivery date is and then when it's time for your next delivery then they change the date on you. I've had several times we're on my delivery date they haven't shown up said oh we're sorry we're sorry three days later they finally show up very disappointed in this company

Worst Customer **********************! ******************** delivery never on the day it shows on the calendar they provided me! No communication as to when delivery will be. It's up to the customer to call them to get updates! Then you get excuse that it's because of Covid that they are short handed. This has been going on long before Covid! I cancelled my service today after 8 years as a customer! Beware of **********************. Do not get their service.

I purchased Water bottle deleivery from Absopure for couple of months and then i cancelled my service. I cancelled on Sep 2021 and in mid oct i checked for my refund for my 5gallon can's they said it will be refunded by Oct 2021. I called Today Nov 2021 they are saying it will take 46 weeks(Close to an Year). Is this how it works. Can anyone help me on this.Also i dont know where is the policy something mentioned like this, i checked the portal but i cant find anything like that.This is not fair.Ashok

We apologize, there was a misunderstanding in communication. Under normal circumstances a refund check for any credit on a closed account can take four to six weeks to receive in the mail (not 46 weeks). However, this customer paid regularly via credit card, and we have submitted the refund amount back to the card. Again, our apologies for the misunderstanding.

We have been using the Absopure home delivery service for three years this September/October. We order enough for two to three months so we always call them when we are ready for more water rather than having a weekly or monthly automated drop off. This works best for us since we discovered early on that we are sometimes not in need of a weekly or monthly schedule or were in a huge need.
