No one is on the same page every time you call is something different the bill changes the rules change I was told that there was credit one delivery was made then told other wise then told I didnt pay my bill when I did crew was never applied then once corrected I was told I had to wait a week for water its been this way for a while

No one on the same page. Delivery schedule is unreliable and good luck getting anyone to answer a phone. I literally have never had a delivery guy knock on the door to collect empties. I wanted delivery every other month. Some months there are 8 bottles left in driveway every month and some months are skipped so you are forced to go through reaching someone. Ive been trying to call Absopure about a delivery for the past 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone ever only after so much time they hang up. I dont understand what kind of business theyre running but I need a callback about my delivery

Terrible customer **********************. In ********* (**************). Former customer of ********************** home delivery. Save yourself a headache and find another company to do business with. Customer ********************** at ********************** has been terrible, especially dealing with ****. They refuse to pick up their empty water bottles, no care about recycling or their customers. Poor value, poor customer ********************** and unwilling to do their job.

Unfortunately, the bottles are not usable after that time frame, and in this case, you have not been a customer for over two years. This is the worst customer ********************** Ive experienced in a long time. I sent an order through ****** to rent a machine and three jugs of spring water. I received no call. After two weeks I called (9/20/23) myself to see where the order was at, people get behind I get it. The woman on the phone tried to make me feel like the lack of communication was my fault and the ****** order on 9/7/23 didnt really count. She sets up a delivery for the following Friday. Reading all the other reviews below I can see they've done nothing to improve their customer **********************. We live in an area with pfas and cannot drink our tap water so we ordered water delivery from Absopure in ************ Oct. 2022. First delivery they came with the water bottles, but no dispenser. I can overlook that since we did finally get the dispenser. Fast forward to 9/7/23 and our delivery doesn't show up. I email asking when to expect them, they say we will see them the next day. Worst customer experience ever. I purchased ********************** delivery, and leased a cooler. When Absupure tried to set the cooler up, it didn't work. So, I was infomred they would swap out the cooler on July 7. But July 7 comes and goes, and Absopure never showed up, or even called. So, I called them the next day, and was told yet again the cooler would be swapped out in a few days. Once again, Absopure never called, let alone came to pick up the cooler. Its so rare that there isnt a problem. From not showing up at all to delivering to the wrong address (3 months in a row) to getting the wrong water or not having the right amount. Month after month it doesnt show up when they say. I have to call and get some excuse. They dont call and let you know whats going on or offer anything to make it right. Absolute worst company I have encountered

Ampliphy water was my favorite until I purchased 2 gallons that tasted like poison. I called Absopure after scouring the website to find the manufacturer/contact information. I was forwarded to the lab and left a message, which was never returned. Thankfully I didnt get sick, but the lack of response is completely unacceptable. If there are safety concerns, a call back should be prioritized. That water shouldve been recalled. It appears there are no safely protocols and I will never buy the water again.
