Tony came today to fit a windscreen for a Land Rover defender after I tried and failed to fit the screen myself (and swore at it a lot). I called him at short notice 3pm on a Sunday and he stopped what he was doing & was on my drive within 30 minutes, if that isn’t excellent customer service then I don’t know what is.
