A very positive experience with recommendation to use Absolute Sales and Lettings. I am purchasing a property and relocating from Weston Super Mare to Torquay. On finding a suitable property which it will shortly become my home I have praise to both Shannon from initial contact and then as the purchase progressed Tina has been most helpful and caring in certain purchasing requisitions and recommendations. Kim Hughes was not forthcoming with the truth of what was actually going on with my buyer. She continually used the excuse of being a single parent for her lack of response to my emails, her short working hours and the days she spent not coming into work. She appeared to have the back up of management (Mia) who continually told me she was the progression person and I needed to deal with her no one else. The team at Wellswood did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our property in Meadfoot . The market for flat sales in Torquay is challenging but they were very proactive, not one of these agents that collects listing and just lets the property sit on their books . Very impressed with the attitude of Frank , Shannon and Tina , super helpful and gave sound advice. Once a sale is agreed they have a sales progression person Cheryl who chases both solicitors and keeps everything on track . Outstanding!
