Craig gave a great quote and variety of options but I was dissapointed with end result. There are several scratches on my skirting boards where the carpet was cut, there are several obvious gaps between some LVP planks, and screed was splashed on my kitchen cabinets and skirting boards. I contacted Craig about the gaps in January but I've had no contact since.
Craig provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was prompt to provide an estimation of works needed & pricing. He really got us out of a pickle as he needed to do flooring repairs initially before laying the LVT.The standard of work is excellent & would recommend him to anyone.
Craig came , measured up and gave us an instant quote several weeks ago and stuck to it. Showed us a selection of appropriate samples and gave us plenty of advice which we were so grateful for . Went the extra mile helping me with bits and bobs that I couldn’t manage on my own. Professional and efficient service, we are highly delighted.
