I was satisfied with the whole-house duct cleaning and would recommend them for that. However, in removing the vents there was damage done. One bathroom especially has shredded wallpaper around the vent, and a 5" patch of paper left torn and hanging. I didn't notice this until John left (and he never mentioned it) but I guess it wasn't too surprising since I realized (too late) he was using a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the duct covers around the edges! Thanks for the great review on the cleaning process. Unfortunately you can't always control what happens when taking off covers at older homes. While we usually don't have a problem sometimes a little paint will chip off and that's why it's stated on the invoice. It's not enough of a problem day to day that it even warrants talking about it with the customer before hand and I can honestly say it's the first time in several years that it's even come up. Absolute Clean Air did a whole house air duct cleaning in our house last week. They also pressure-washed the sidewalks, driveway, and lanai area. All jobs were done in a timely manner with minimal mess. John, the operator, explained what he would be doing and asked questions to clarify our concerns. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to friends seeking these services.

The contractor contacted me by phone less than 1 hour after submitting my request for quote. He explained their method for best results and his price was reasonable and included a discount for using Home Advisor.The technician was friendly and his work was done quickly and efficiently. He had answers to all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use this company again.

I used this company in my house and my daughter's house to clean the heating and air ducts and sanitize them. They did an absolutely excellent job, were on time, very professional. I also had them clean the dryer vent in my house for which they did have to make a 2nd trip to access the vent on the roof, and they returned quickly and cleaned out the roof access as well. I will use this company again and again.
