Professional and courteous.
We were impressed the person used a mat to protect our roofing materials against any abrasion from foot traffic while removing lint plugging the vent.
The tech was a little early which for me is great. He did a thorough cleaning of our dryer vent from the roof and from the dryer. The roof vent was heavily clogged. He removed a small trash can full of lint. Couldn't believe how much. Call these guys! Very good.

Quick fast service on time when schedule
They were prompt, courteous, got right to work and continued until the work was completed. They were careful in not getting any grit on the carpets and cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire them again if needed. I was completely satisfied with their work.

From scheduling the appointment with Neil to having it serviced by John, everything was done professionally and in a very timely manner. Plus, the company saved me several hundred dollars.
