The only complaint I have is that they left a little bit of a mess. Even though they brought their own vacuum, I still had to go behind them, when they left, and clean up some missed debris. But they were very thorough, polite, nice and got the job done quickly...we had something like 19-22 vents they had to clean, including our dryer vent. They did a great job!

The tech arrived on time and was prepared for the job. My problem was that he failed to clean up the mess from the dryer vent and left a pile of lint and debris in the hallway.

Home was done too quickly. Had to ask John to clean out dryer vent again. Home still smells. Very disappointed for price paid and less than an hour of work. Machine seemed to just loosen dirt in vents, not suck out and clean vents. Hire a company which sucks out vents properly.

John was here early, was able to modify the amount of vents needing to be cleaned by the main return vent already being clean and the dryer vent had a very little amount of lint so it made his job easy and lowered the my bill.

I hired this company to clean my ducts and vents. Upon arrival, John advised me that cleaning the ducts would be a very temporary fix, and that the ducts were pretty bad and would need to be replaced before long. He advised he could do a cleaning, but that might not resolve the problem of dirt blowing out the ducts, and his recommendation would be to replace the ducts.
