They were early but willing to wait for me to get home from class. I felt it was a little expensive because it didn't take two hours to do the service, but I realize my house isn't the easiest to work in and had a lot of registers.

They cleaned up when they were through.
Showed up early. But called ahead, great service I would recommend them to anyone desiring their AC system cleaned

I was disappointed because after their work was done I had to hire an air conditioning company to complete the process (clean the coil, drain lines, filter etc.. I talked to other companies that did it all and I assumed this company did it all when they quoted me their price.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I never quote cleaning the air handler and in fact when I go through the process of what we do I explicitly say we sanitize and deodorize the air handler but we physically don't go into the air handler as that is an AC Company function as per the law in Florida. Sorry you didn't hear that part of the conversation. You would of easily paid another $150 to $400 for a similar quote to do the air ducts AND the air handler components.
The guy was great and was very thorough.

The tech was efficient and friendly. I was told by the company that the duct cleaning would take 1 1/2 hours and they met the schedule. I've had bids from other companies in the past and Absolute Clean Air was a good value for what they quoted. I would recommend them.
