The owner was cordial and got someone out to clean our vents the same day and then he called back later to ask if everything was done to our satisfaction.

Absolute Clean Air was on time and efficient. The air duct vents had never been cleaned in our new home. After searching and reviewing many companies we decided in Absolute Clean Air. Very glad we did. They were very professional and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Only had 5 vents and service man was able to get in 4. Could not get into the bathroom vent. Seems a little expensive for not getting all of the vents cleaned out.

Hey George, Thanks for your review. Our minimum charge for Duct Cleaning is $200 which is what you were charged. The diameter of the hose is 2 inches and it unusual for the actual air duct to be less but we run into that from time to time (especially in bathrooms). With that being said you didn't have a lot of vents to clean so I'm going to refund $20 since we were not able to do them all. Thanks for using us.
