If I could give negative stars, I would. They fixed the WRONG side of our car which delayed getting it back which caused us to have the rental car longer than the 3 days it was supposed to take to fix. They had our car 15 days and only wanted to pay for 6 car rental days. Kevin even said we were partly to blame because we didn't call to check on our car often enough. Village VW sent my car to the Chapman Road location to replace my windshield. After I picked up my vehicle at the dealership, I reached for something in my passenger seat and was stuck by a glass fragment. When I examined the passenger seat and floor, I saw multiple shards of glass. Terrible work!
They couldn't fix a dent in the roof of my car after 2 attempts and 3 weeks at their shop so I took my car to Capital Collision who was able to repair the dent. Don't take your car to Abra for body work. Their work quality is substandard, sloppy, and no quality control. They will try to give the car back as completed when the repair is only half completed.
