My Miele vacuum cleaner was not sucking very well so I took it in to get it looked at. I thought I might need to buy a new nozzle. Josh was super helpful. There was a filter in my cleaner that I didn't even know was there , so as you can imagine it was pretty choked up. Josh went even more next level by taking the cleaner out to the service desk to give it a good clean. I will never go to another vacuum shop ever again. AK's knowledge was outstanding! We tried out various vacuums in store and he was honest and listened to our needs. Was not pushy at all. He was very happy to let us take our time to make our decision. Absolutely could not fault his customer service. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant experience.
