They do a cleaning service for vacuums and unfortunately I couldn’t get it service due to mould but the call person was incredibly helpful with suggesting how to get rid of the vacuum as well as where to find an affordable vacuum to replace it!

These guys are very knowledgable and customer focused. I found them very open to identify the right vacuum cleaner for me. I landed on the Sebo K1. What a fantastic machine, the build cost has gone into quality rather than fancy gimmicks.
Fantastic!! Bought my Tineco stick vacuum cleaner & Hoover steam mop from these guys over the past few years. Both of these products I rate highly. I have dealt with both Hornby & Northwood shops. Their customer & after service is 10/10 & always consistent from both owner Rick & all his team whether by phone call or in store visits. Very informative, helpful & friendly - they know their stuff!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for these type of products
